In terms of attire, Gröger is dressed in typical attire: M41 uniform and trousers, wearing a green visor cap or a Red Cross medic helmet with a genuine leather inner liner, and a greatcoat with a turned-up collar. He is also equipped with a belt, a medic red cross chest apron with weathered effects, a toque, grey gloves, and a pair of mid-calf boots made of genuine leather, further recreating the iconic outfit of historical medical soldiers!

When it comes to weaponry, Gröger is armed with a quick-drawing P08 pistol and a convenient genuine leather holster, as well as a sharp bayonet and its durable leather scabbard.
