1. We will NOT accept any service and support request from end-user directly. 2. We will ONLY provide service and support to the products purchased from our dealers/resellers. All service and support must be processed through the dealer/reseller you purchased from. 3. Contact your correspond dealer/seller and show them the product issue. 4. We will inform your dealer/seller the result of the case. If replacement is needed, we will coordinate with them.
